This week we have an exciting episode. Jeff Skibitsky visited Erik’s Ranch in person and talked with some of the awesome team members on the spectrum that are critical to the operations of the ranch. As a high-level overview, Erik’s Ranch proudly offers a first-of-its kind living, working and social environment for young adults with autism. Not only are both locations home to young adults with autism, but individuals operate the boutique-style guest accommodations at the two destination locations in Minnesota and Montana.
